Santa Rita Ranches—SOLD OUT!

New Mexico Land & Ranches was fortunate to offer this abandoned farming and mining settlement. Santa Rita prospered for years due to its excellent water resources, including perennial springs and its nearly contiguous running river. What made these properties in New Mexico so special was the incredible setting, gorgeous views and beautiful and interesting topography.
